Contacting LCR Labs
Write in with the name and version of the app, your macOS version, and what you expected to happen. For a bug, the steps that lead to it are more useful than anything else.

Billing, licensing and installation
LCR Labs applications are distributed through Setapp. Questions about subscriptions, payments, invoices, refunds or installing an app through Setapp are handled by Setapp support, because that is where the transaction and the licence live. Anything about how an app itself behaves comes to LCR Labs.
